US DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All non-made-to-order items are typically processed within 5-7 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of sales or surrounding the holidays, processing times may take longer. 

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

All domestic shipping is automatically calculated at checkout and should arrive in 2-7 business days. If USPS is experiencing high volumes, this can delay your order significantly. 

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a shipment confirmation and a tracking number once your order has been packed and taken to the post office. Please allow 2-3 business days from the time you receive your shipping confirmation for the tracking to update. 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Adventurer’s Soul Co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

ASC ships worldwide, and the price is dependent on the weight of your package. It can range from $25-$100+. We do not profit any way off of shipping, and we are always looking for a way to decrease this expense.

DAMAGES

Adventurer’s Soul Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please email a description of the damage along with photos to our support team so we can get you a replacement, if applicable. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
